Shipping methods

  1. Adjective Lifestyle offers standard or express shipping, depending on the customer's selection during the order checkout process.
  2. Adjective lifestyle reserves the right to determine the shipping method depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.


2. Shipping Locations

  1. We ship orders within Germany, across the EU and the United States.
  2. Customers outside Germany please note that extra shipping costs and customs taxes are applicable when you purchase from our online store.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, weight and size of the order.
  2. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the order checkout process before the order is paid and completed. 
  3. Adjective offers free shipping for orders over €49. If the order amount falls below the minimum order value when returned, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  4. The customer/seller agrees to bear the shipping costs at his own expense for goods that are returned after consultation with the customer/seller (e.g. goods not accepted, goods after the sales deadline, etc.).

 

4. Delivery Times

  1. Delivery times vary depending on shipping method and destination.
  2. The online store endeavours to dispatch the ordered items as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
  3. Upon order confirmation, products are couriered within 7-15 business days (15-30 for international orders). If there is any change in these times, it will be communicated on our online store, during the ordering process or via email.

 

5. Shipment tracking

  1. After their order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a link to track their order.
  2. Shipment tracking allows customers to view the current status of their delivery at any time.


6. Non-delivery

  1. If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible.
  2. The online store will endeavour to inform the customer about an undelivered shipment and find a solution.
  3. If a delivery cannot be made e.g. due to loss/damage during shipping, the customer/seller must complain about the loss/damage to the deliverer in a timely manner and inform Adjective Lifestyle at the same time.


These shipping terms may be updated or modified as needed.
