Cashmere Shawl - Marigold

Handwoven with pure Ladakh Cashmere that has been hand dyed with madder, marigold and indigo.  The narrow width allows for this to double up as a stole.

Hand-dyed, handspun and handwoven by women artisans of the nomadic community of the region at our partner organization Lena, in Ladakh, India.

Wash Care:

• Handwash in cold/lukewarm water using mild detergent or baby shampoo 
• Spot clean with a damp cloth for minor stains and spills 
• Squeeze out excess water
• DO NOT wring
• Dry flat
• The finer the Cashmere the longer the fibers and more prone to pilling, a common occurrence in all natural fibers that comes with wear. Remove the pilling using a pill remover tool
  

Storage:
Store in a clean, damp free space in an airtight bag. Preferably use lavender sachets to keep your cashmere moth free.
